Clean, stylish, luxury 2 bedroom apartment, right on the river ouse by ouse bridge! Bang in the heart of the City Centre! Woodsmill Quay is a beautiful converted 19 century riverside mill within the historic City walls and a 10 minute walk from the station! Parking - You can park for free on Queen's Staith (Queen's Staith Rd, York, YO1 6HH) in front of the apartment by the river from 6pm - 8am but you would need to leave or move it by 8am to avoid a ticket. The nearest paid car park is NCP Tanner Row (George Hudson St, York, YO1 6JL) only 2 mins walk away. However my personal favourite is Nunnery Lane (Nunnery Ln, York, YO23 1AA) which is 5 mins away but cheaper at 13.50 a night!

Hi I'm Clare! I used to live at the apartment with my husband over 10 years ago and we absolutely loved it! It is bang in the centre of York & incredibly close to everything in the city everything is walkable. I still love going to the apartment to get the place ready for each guest, I normally run or cycle from the outskirts of the city along the river & I have been doing holiday lets for 4 years now & I love it :) I always aim to provide the best service I can to make your holiday extra special. York is a beautiful city with so much to see & do, I have lived in the city for over 15 years and know it very well. Please ask if you would like any recommendations. I love talking to guests. My response rate time is within the hour but in fact more likely to be minutes as this is my main job (apart from ferrying my kids around and looking after my own home) & I treat it as such. Guest interaction is one of my favourite parts of it :)

This 2 bedroomed, first floor apartment is on "Skeldergate" which is a quiet residential street and the most perfect location for your trip to York! At one end of the street you will find the famous city walls and the beautiful riverside walk up to Millennium bridge and the other end of the street are nice restaurants, shops, bars and coffee shops. Over the bridge you will find many York attractions including Clifford's tower, York Castle Museum, Grand Opera House, The York Dungeon, Jorvik Viking Centre etc. You will have full access to the whole apartment during your stay! This 2 bedroom apartment has one double bed and one small double bed, both with brand new mattresses and sheets! The whole place has recently been renovated with a fully working kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave. Modern spacious bathroom with awesome hot shower and fluffy towels and the living room has 2 large comfy leather sofas to sink into after a long days sightseeing. The apartment has the original wooden beams in each room and large sash windows that look over the pretty courtyard! Free Wifi! Complementary coffee, fresh milk, biscuits and toiletries. Scandinavian-heaven!
