I have been in the hospitality industry my entire working life and have been running Riviera Apartments since we opened in 2010. Riviera Apartments is a professional year round business and not a part time holiday let. Guests will have direct contact with colleagues and will not have to go through an agency for assistance.

Property info

Riviera Apartments are a collection of Five beautiful beachfront self catering properties in Teignmouth all with stunning sea and estuary views. We have a private entrance and lift and all properties are self contained. We provide you with linen, towels and beach towels and through hard work have succeeded in maintaining a 100% score for cleanliness from Visit Britain since we opened in 2010. Our largest apartment that sleeps 8 can be booked through our website where we also have virtual tours available. Three apartments have full seafront views and two apartments have half seafront views and Teign estuary views. For guests with mobility restrictions please ensure to contact the owner prior to booking, three apartments have stairs within them whereas two apartments are completely on the flat, we will be happy to assist to ensure that you will be booked into the correct apartment for your needs. Please note that we have a private garage for Penthouses One, Two, Three and Five and the guests staying in Penthouse Four are issued with a parking permit which can be used in Teignmouth car parks and in addition the Teignbridge area.

Neighborhood info

Teignmouth is the perfect spot for a holiday. Riviera Apartments offers superb accommodation with all the fun of the seaside. With many restaurants, cafes, traditional pubs or cocktail bars, something for everyone. Teignmouth has a vibrant arts quarter and some lovely independent shops, there is often live music on the green in the summer months. Teignmouth is family friendly, whether the favourite activity is building sandcastles, discovering rock pools, paddling in the waves or surfing. Just a stones throw from the beach there is a playpark with age specific zones from toddlers with splash zone through to the climbing rope pyramid aimed at the adventurous older child. There is also a skateboard park aimed at the under 12s, it has gentle ramps and jumps for practising scooter and skateboarding skills. Riviera Apartments has stunning views of the Jurassic Coastline and The South West Coast Path is 630 miles of superb coastal walking. Our apartments can be a great base for the path or an overnight rest for the weary! The path can be located just 30 metres from the apartments. We are a professionally run business and are always on hand to offer friendly advice and assistance
