Roost in Heyshott offers a private self contained 1 bedroom annexe with lounge area, kitchenette, parking and garden access. An additional 2 bedrooms are available in the timber framed historic Downland cottage dating back to 1583. The property is serviced by fast WIFI coverage. Located upstairs you’ll find bright and spacious bedrooms offering either a Kingsized bed or Twin beds set up with luxury memory foam mattress and cotton bed linen and towels. All bedrooms boats incredible views onto the South Downs, paddock and farmland.

Our personal highlights of the nearby area would be visiting the historic town of Midhurst and mooching around the frequent farmers or antique markets, watching the Polo at Cowdray Park (the home of British Polo) and cycling up to the South Downs Way. Or simply enjoying a drink in our local village pub, The Unicorn Inn - which has arguably one of the best South Downs view from a pub garden in Sussex!
