Recently refurbished and redecorated, stunning location with far reaching countryside views, extensive multi-terraced cottage garden at the rear offering several seating areas to take advantage of the rural surroundings, immediate access to local walks. Parking for a single Golf/Focus sized vehicle is available opposite to the property, (via a narrow lane), further on street parking is available nearby. Due to the nature of the property and surrounding area occupation isn’t recommended for anyone with young children and restricted mobility.
Conveniently located between the popular spa towns of Matlock and Matlock Bath. Local attractions include Heights of Abraham, Hall Leas Park, Gullivers Kingdom, Cromford Mills, Lea Gardens, local walks and trails. Chatsworth House, Bakewell and the Peak District are a short drive away.
