Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, a separate garden with lawn, terrace, furniture and barbecue, along with off-road parking for one car. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and within 2 miles, a beach. Please note, this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. Note: Parking accessed via narrow lane, please take care when approaching. A further private garden area for Rose Thatch with table and chairs, barbecue and rural views is located 30 yards away via a pretty grass pathway. Please note: The entrance to the parking area from the road is 2 metres and just requires some care when turning in.
