Located within St Ives town center and less than a 10 minute walk from the seaside bars and restaurants. Rosemorran Holiday Apartments have a country cottage look with modern décor. Centrally located so to showcase St Ives stunning sea views as well as the picturesque qualities of the town. The seafront is less than a 5 minute walk; here you can sample Cornwall’s famous coastlines and superb golden beaches. The apartments are decorated using neutral colors and include beautiful sea views. They come equipped with free Wi-Fi, kitchen and bathroom as well as a seating area, barbecue and LCD TV. Spend your time enjoying sea views from the large communal garden or sitting by the stone fireplace to enjoy the warmth and comfort of the log fire. Free private parking is also available.

"PLEASE NOTE THE BEST POSTCODE TO USE FOR FINDING US IS : TR26 2BY" . The Rosemorran sits on the top if St Ives within the Belyars area with breathtaking views. Please feel welcome to ask Lea any questions about the property and the area as she is indeed very familiar with St Ives and its surroundings. The Cottage has ample space and great for families with an open plan kitchen with modern yet 'cozy cottage' decor. If you are booking the One Bedroom you are in for a very romantic atmosphere with a cute quirky decor and wonderful sea views for the Juliet Balcony, open the balcony doors and have some wine during a sunset, quite something! The One Bedroom does have a bath/shower as well. All units do have Smart TV.s with features such as Netflix so if you are planning to stay in some evenings you can indeed log in and cozy up. PLEASE NOTE THE BEST POSTCODE TO USE FOR FINDING US IS : TR26 2BY LEA WILL BE ON SIGHT TO CHECK YOU IN AND SHE IS LOCATED IN APARTMENT NO.1 WHICH IS THE VERY FIRST DOOR ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE AS YOU PULL INTO THE DRIVEWAY. Hi, Im Lea and will be greeting and tasking care of you here at The Rosemorran :). I am based in Apartment No.1 which is the very first door on the right as you pull into the drive.
Of course as most would know St Ives is one of the most picturesque towns in the UK and indeed known as 'Artists Paradise' . There is not much more I can add to that :)
