“The Royal Oak is a lovely inn on Welshpool's downtown street. Our very pretty and comfortable room featured a large bath. We ate in the downstairs pub, which offered a nice selection of craft ales. Welcoming and very efficient staff”

“Excellent food (evening meal and breakfast). Although I had just missed last orders for evening food they provided a nice meal from a limited menu. My room (108) was much nicer this time around (104). Fresh, modern and clean.”
