It has recently been fully renovated with new kitchen and bathroom. There is a main bathroom with shower and bath upstairs and a small WC downstairs. There is a large conservatory with double doors leading out to the garden patio. There is parking available in the driveway for up to 4 cars.

The villa is only a 15 minute walk from the world famous Robert Burns Cottage, Burns Heritage Museum, Alloway's Auld Kirk and The Brig O' Doon. You're also only a few minutes walk from Rozelle Country park and about 10 minutes to Bellisle Golf and country park and a short 5 minute drive to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants in Ayr and the nearby towns of Prestwick and Troon. It's a 15 minute drive from Glasgow Prestwick airport. There's a small convenience store just a 2 minute walk at the bottom of the street.
