One of these elegant spaces features a grand piano. Please note, the piano is decorative only, we kindly ask that this is not played. A separate dining room with a table for 10 beckons you to share delicious meals with loved ones. For those seeking a quiet moment, a small snug awaits on the first floor, featuring a cosy chair. A well-appointed bedroom on this level ensures comfort and privacy. The heart of Saskatchewan House lies in its well-equipped kitchen, boasting an electric range cooker with a double oven, a spacious fridge-freezer, and an array of utensils for culinary adventures. A breakfast bar invites casual dining, while a separate butler's pantry/utility room provides additional conveniences, including a sink, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, slow cooker, coffee machine, cafetiere, and toaster. A bathroom and separate WC on this floor adds to the convenience and comfort of your stay. Ascending to the second floor, you'll discover three king-size bedrooms and one double, each offering a haven of tranquillity. The apartment is situated on the second floor and can be accessed via a staircase that comprises 47 steps from the main entrance to the apartment door. There is no lift in the building.
