This charming family-run hotel has a great restaurant and a wonderful, peaceful location on Whitby’s West Cliff, near the seafront and within walking distance of the town center. The Car Park is across the road from the hotel and is for guest use only. Parking is free and based on a first come first served basis. If the car park is full scratch cards are available to buy at Reception. With a 3-star rating from VisitBritain, this elegant hotel offers comfort and hospitality just a short stroll from the narrow streets and winding alleyways of this delightful, historic town. All of the rooms with attached bathroom are tastefully decorated and furnished to high standards. Each spacious room has a TV, radio, telephone, hairdryer, and tea/coffee making facilities. The Fairfield Restaurant offers traditional English food, prepared daily in the kitchens and complemented by specialty desserts.
