Take a break and unwind at Sea Shells near the beach. The apartment has its own private outside area for relaxing in a quiet location a few steps to Preston Beach. Conveniently located within Torbay, a short walk to the seafront & local shops. Paignton town, Harbour, train station and attractions being nearby. Featuring 1 double bedroom, lounge with dining table, tv, kitchen, bathroom, free parking & Wifi. Outside patio and BBQ including an outdoor cold water beach shower.

Located to the rear of the property with its own private access and parking. Only a few steps from the beach and local eateries. Level walk to local shops amenities and attractions including Steam Train, Mainline Train and Bus Stations, Pier, Harbour and Cinema. Paignton Zoo and other attractions nearby. Golf courses, Torbay Hospital, Newton Abbot and Exeter Racecourse's are all within easy distance too. Free onsite parking. There are several carparks in the Bay; weekly passes can be purchased for carparks, alternatively most have contactless payment systems. Level easy access walking along the seafront. Excellent local bus service to access Torbay and beyond. Mainline train station only 15mins walk away.
