When the sun shines, pad across the cool, polished concrete floor and open the crittal patio doors right back to let the sunshine in.. or stroll around the village and shops just on your doorstep, or walk to the vast sandy beach where you can windsurf, walk along the beach to the neighbouring village of East Wittering or sunbathe and swim if the sun is out. The house is on 2 floors, downstairs is a living area with window seat, a remote controlled fireplace and Smart TV which leads to a kitchen dining area with crittal doors to the garden, underfloor heating, a Nespresso coffee machine and a lovely dining area. There is a WC downstairs and an outdoor shower in the garden. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with superking loaf beds, a bespoke bunk bed room for children, and a family bathroom. ** Please note the upper bunk bed is only suitable for smaller children and not an adult/teenager etc **

West Wittering is a small quintessential English village on an unspoilt beautiful sandy beach in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village is peaceful and pretty and has a good pub and some shops and amazing walks. 10 minutes to chichester and Goodwood, 5 minutes walk to the beach and a few steps away from pub and village shops.
