We provide Scottish self-catering holiday accommodation in East Lothian and Edinburgh. We are a highly experienced local holiday let company based in North Berwick, East Lothian, Scotland.

If you are bringing more than one car please note that public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day. Please note: * this property is strictly non-smoking, and does not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. * we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding in our properties. *WiFi is complimentary.
