We converted our unused large garage space into a modern contemporary ground floor compact studio within walking distance to the beaches of St Ives, It's a calming modern space with a small bathroom and kitchenette area. There is free parking on our driveway, directly in front of the studio. The closest beach to the studio is Porthmeor Beach, which is classed as the mother beach of St Ives. It offers great watersports facilities, and has a world class surf school (stivessurfschool) where anybody can learn to surf. It also has a few beachfront cafes/restaurants and a bar! This beach has something for everybody! Any questions and recomendations please ask! Beth
