Seaton Hall has a rich history, named after the de Seton dynasty who resided here from 1130 to 1307 and formed alliances through marriages with the Scottish Royal family. Passed down through generations, the hall eventually fell into disrepair, until the current owner acquired the estate in 2002 and began its restoration with the help of skilled masons and craftsmen. The cottage itself is beautifully furnished, combining modern comfort with touches of antique charm. On the ground floor, the open-plan living area features a modern kitchen, a dining table, and a cozy seating area with three sofas around a smart TV. A feature fireplace with exposed patterned brickwork adds character to the space. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that includes both a bath and a shower.
