The property is located 5 minutes from all amenities within Wells Next The Sea. The upstairs floor offers a living and dining quarters which is combined open plan with its own shower and toilet facilities plus one double bedroom. Access via spiral staircase. The downstairs floor offers second double bedroom plus separate shower and toilet. This room can be setup with either two single beds or one super king bed 6ft 6 long.
I enjoy meeting the public and I am a local man Wells born and bred.
Wells-next-the-Sea is an attractive Georgian coastal town with good access to the market towns of Fakenham, King's Lynn, Holt and Norwich. Wells-next-the-Sea has many amenities and leisure activities on offer in the town or close by in the neighbouring coastal villages including, sailing, bird watching, walking, first class accommodation and restaurants, nursery, primary and secondary schools, doctor's surgery, 2 supermarkets, petrol station and a full range of diverse, independent shops. Wells famous beach and award winning fish and chips are within a couple of minutes walking distance. If fish and chips are not your fancy an award winning seafood restaurant is close by and a Chinese takeaway is within the town. You can join the local snooker clubs or enjoy the local pubs and other restaurants.
