Seaways Cottage, is a special Art & Crafts House Design, 100 years old, keeping all the character. It's a delight to own, a short walk around the corner and you are at the beach, with the most amazing sunsets & views. You can walk/cycle to West Kirby or New Brighton. The rooms are modern & with en-suites. I have made it how I would like a room if I was staying away. We have a lovely garden which you can relax in as its just so peaceful. The perfect location to get away from it all or to go into town on the train and party the night away. Just a reminder breakfast is not available mid week and charged at the weekend.

I love living in Hoylake, I feel I am on holiday every day I wake up. I enjoy running on the beach and head to West Kirby around the sailing lake. On a Saturday I go to the local pub to watch a live band & dance.

The neighbourhood is really friendly, just go to the local pub which there are many and you will be warmly greeted. Lots of local shops and restaurants, you can easily browse the day away. Transport is provided by train or bus and you can catch these at the end of my road. You can go sailing / horse riding / cycling / walking / shopping, Only 30 mins into Liverpool & a little bit longer to get to Chester, both great places to visit.
