Visited and bought items in several shops...always a...
Visited and bought items in several shops...always a pleasant smile and chats in each. I visited this little gem of a Traditional seaside venue...in late January. It was rather chilly. .as you would expect. Considering laying my head down for a Week in possibly June. Am accomplished at negotiating fair deals...as a Pensioner of 72....and former Ms Chester Journalist .

A good selection of bars, coffee shops and restaurants.
A good selection of bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Regular type of shops but Independent shops too. Good train service and station close to town. Buses run regularly too.
A nice walk along the promenade blows the cobwebs away.

Hoylake is a charming town with a rich history and plenty of attractions to keep visitors entertained. Its coastal location make it a great destination for a weekend getaway or longer stay.
Hoylake also has a number of other attractions, such as Hoylake Beach, a popular spot for beachgoers and birdwatchers alike, and the Hoylake Lifeboat Museum.

I expected a "budget" hotel for the price I paid for a room...
I expected a "budget" hotel for the price I paid for a room for 4 people. However this hotel far exceeeded my expectations and is probably the nicest one I have stayed in! Lovely cooked breakfast buffet with a range of delicious foods and fresh juices. The coffee machine was amazing too!
My bed was absolute heaven-beautiful crisp laundered quality linen and so comfy! Everything at this hotel was top notch and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
The only slight dissaapointment was the free Wifi (I couldn't access it) and also the charge for parking in the carpark on the premises.

Presentation of the apartment was superb .Great location and two minutes to Hoylake train station and 30 minute train ride to central Liverpool .Five minutes walk to Royal Liverpool Golf Club .Five minute walk to Hoylake Promenade .,Lots of shops,restaurants and takeaways . Will definitely return on our next trip to The Wirral .

Location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of Hoylake. Very quiet residential street. You can park two cars off street which is handy in a restricted parking zone. Property is thoughtfully decorated for the near shore location.
