We are the new owners of Sea Air B&B having taken over in June. We are loving the experience of running the B&B and enjoying meeting the guests. We are friendly outgoing people who aim to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We are passionate about the environment and use locally sourced products and are keen recyclers.

Property info

The Sea Air B&B is a small traditional family run B&B with 7 individual rooms. All are en suite except 2 that have a separate bathroom. Three rooms have or share a balcony and there is also a communal balcony for guests to use.The ground floor room has its own entrance and outside sitting area, popular with guests who can't manage the stairs. There is a breakfast room that you can also use for eating take out food or just to sit and relax. We try to create a homely welcoming environment for you to relax and enjoy your stay. There is ample car parking on site. All rooms have wifi.

Neighborhood info

Chapel St Leonards is known by the title 'village life by the sea'. The hotel is a 5 minutes walk from the village green with a good choice of shops and the beautiful beach. The beach boasts The North Sea Observatory where you can enjoy refreshments while enjoying the amazing view. There are several pubs and restaurants within walking distance. In the other direction there is plenty of live entertainment at Club Tropicana, bingo, crazy golf, swimming and more.There are buses to Skegness and the main line rail connections, Ingoldmells for its market and fun rides at Fantasy Island and Mablethorpe. Chapel is a perfect central stay for exploring the Lincolnshire coast and wolds by car or bike.
