Seil Log Cabin is a comfortable two bedroom cabin with it's own private hot tub, nestled in a picturesque woodland setting near the shores of Loch Awe, Dalavich, West Coast of Scotland. A perfect location to explore this stunning region, with walks, access to fishing, and an abundance of local bird and wildlife to experience. Ideally suited for family holidays, friends or a romantic getaway in a quiet woodland location. The cabin has a blend of rustic charm and modern convenience, with an open-plan lounge and kitchen area and an an inviting wood burner for those chilly nights. For entertainment there is a TV, Freeview and a DVD player. From the living area the patio doors open up to an elevated deck to the sheltered hot tub. The cabin is timber lined throughout, double glazed, and with electric heating the cabin is suitable for year round use. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker and hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. A full range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery is also supplied for guests convenience. The cabin sleeps up to five guests with two bedrooms. A cosy double bedroom and a Triple bunk bedroom. Linen included. Please bring your own towels. Bedroom 1: Double bed, dresser and bed side table. Bedroom 2: Triple bedroom with three bunk beds, dresser and bed side table. The family bathroom features a shower with walk-in cubicle, hand basin, toilet, shaver point and a heated towel rail. The entrance hall is an ideal space to leave boots and jackets, and has a chest freezer for guests convenience. Linen and bedding included, please note Bath towels are not included. Step outside to enjoy the magnificent woodland setting and views out over beautiful Loch Awe from the elevated deck. The hot tub, included in the price, is located in a veranda shelter. Two well behaved dogs are welcome GBP 20.00 per stay. Please pre-book.

Set in a peaceful holiday park setting. The village of Dalavich while remote and quiet, has a shop/cafe, bar, restaurant and laundry. There are many beautiful forest walks in the area, including The Oakwood Trail, The Avich Falls Trail and Duncan’s Walk, all of which meander through ancient oak and pine forests. Pine marten, fox, wild cats red deer, roe deer, otter and red squirrels can often be seen. There are also regular sightings of eagles and ospreys. Apart from the signed trails, there is up to 100 miles of forest tracks and roads in the area, suitable for the serious walker or mountain biker. A wonderful base to explore the boundless historical and scenic attractions that are on offer in this magnificent region. Explore further afield to Inveraray and historic Kilmartin Glen, it's also an easy day trip to Oban, one of the seafood capitals of Scotland.
