I offer my lovely master bedroom with very comfortable king bed in my home, which is ensuite with shower, toilet and sink. I have tried to create a modern BNB feel to the room with calm and cosy decor. Situated in a Cul de sac, I’m in a quiet residential area, with close on street parking. The room is equipped with mini fridge, TV, WiFi, tea/coffee/kettle/mugs etc, wardrobe, desk and chair as well as toiletries and little extras to make your stay comfortable. Our location is ideal for East Midlands Airport, Donington Park, Sutton Bonington College, East Midlands Parkway, Amazon and is at the gateway to the Peak District. Close to buses going to the Airport and The Parkway, Nottingham and Derby. We have some property facilities outside of your room which are for use by request only, please refer to our information sheet on arrival. As a small homestay, we request that guests due to stay displaying signs/symptoms of contagious illness cancel their booking or alter their arrival date until they are free of symptoms. Our cancellation policy applies. Booking of our Homestay includes a king size room with en-suite. All other areas of our home are private.
