The apartment has free off street parking, and free fibre wifi. The main bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobe and mirrored doors, bedside cabinets with lamps, a hairdryer is also provided for use. Twin USB wall sockets at both sides of bed for phone charging. The second bedroom has two single beds with open wardrobe and shelves for clothing. Twin USB wall sockets at sides of bed for phone charging. The Lounge has a comfortable leather L shaped sofa that converts to a sofa bed. There is a 40" smart tv connected to the internet, and a glass coffee table. In the window there is a relaxing chair for after a long day. Also there is a separate area for dinning with glass table and four chairs. The Kitchen has a washing machine, detergent provided. Hob, oven, built-in microwave, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, pods provided and a dishwasher, tablets provided. All the basics are provided, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt, pepper etc. The Bathroom has an over the bath shower with folding shower screen, heated towel rail, toilet rolls, towels and shower gel are provided.
The area is mostly residential flats and guest houses. There is a chemist, hairdresser, take away and supermarket all within walking distance. Also just a short walk from the River Ness, Where there is a Gastro pub, restaurants, and cafe's
