Unique and tranquil Watermill in West Norfolk. The River Ingol still flows through part of the Mill and the Mill Wheel and stones are still in place, visible through a window from the kitchen and on the FREE Mill Tour & Beekeeping Experience with the mill owner if staying a week or more. There are 3 bedrooms on the GROUND floor (double with ensuite shower room and two separate singles with 4' beds). There is also a separate shower room with a washer-dryer. Upstairs in the beamed Old Granary is an open plan space with a fully fitten kitchen area, dining table for 6, TV and sofas, incluing a double sofa bed if needed. Pets stay for free and there are wonderful walks right from the doorstep.

Hi, my name is Kathy and it is my great pleasure and priviledge to take on ownership of the wonderful Snettisham Watermill for 2026. It is my dream property, and I hope you will love it as much as I do. I live near Downham Market and run an orchard and beekeeping business. From mid-April there will be soe beehives in the woodland area ajdoining the Watermill (but across the mill pond from the guest garden so they won't be annoying!). Please do email me with any questions, comments or requests and I will do my very best to ensure you have an amazing holiday !

Lovely Norfolk village with a few shops, cafes and 2 nice pubs. There is also an excellent bus service into Kings Lynn and Hunstanton then on along the north Norfolk coast to Wells-next-the Sea. The Watermill is the last property at the end of a small private lane that is the access route for local dog walkers into the adjoining riverside meadow. The Mill Pond is at the back of the mill, next to the guest garden/ THE RSPB reserve and Snettisham Beach are about 2 miles away. The interseting town of King's Lynn is only about 15 minutes' drive away to the south. Going north, the resort town of Hunsanton is only about 5 miles. The Royal estate of Sandringham House and Gardens is only a few minutes drive from Snettisham, definitely a must-visit while in the area.
