Very well maintained and clean good value property in good location for hikers, runners & cyclists etc due to its close proximity to Nannycatch Valley & Dent Fell (Long Barrow), traditionally the first fell encountered by hikers following WAINWRIGHT’S COAST TO COAST WALK The Cleator Moor Cycle Way is used by the Coast to Coast path between Moor Row and Cleator, providing uninterrupted views over Dent and its environs. The cycle way is used just as much by walkers as cyclists and is a far nicer environment to walk in than the road would otherwise be. Nearby local transport links and good walking/ cycling routes.
