This static caravan is very light and airy and due to it being 38 x 12ft in size is spacious too! Adding to the space is a large decking area with outside seating and gas BBQ for guests to use as well as a garden area. Inside the caravan you enter to a very good sized, fully equipped kitchen which opens up to the dining area and living room where you have ample, comfortable seating as well as a 55" smart TV (there is WiFi included so the TV is fully functional). One of the sofas is a double sofa bed. There are 2 bedrooms, the smaller of the two can be made up as a double or the beds can be split into twin beds depending on your personal requirements. There is also a single wardrobe in this room. The main bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable double bed, built in triple door wardrobe with hanging and shelf spaces inside as well as a vanity area with mirror and stool. There is a shower room with standard bathroom basin and mirrored cabinet and finally a separate WC with sink. The location of the caravan offers many amenities : Bar/restaurant / Arcades / Soft Play / Indoor and Outdoor heated swimming pools / Clubhouse with entertainment / Launderette / Shop / Playground

I am a hardworking single mum that loves to look after others and will go that extra mile to make your stay as enjoyable as I can. I can't promise to meet every request that I may be asked but I can assure you that I will do my best to accommodate specific requests where I can. All I ask for in return is honest and open communication and that my property is treated with respect ❤️

There is plenty to do on-site but for those who may like to explore the island a bit or enjoy the sea there is plenty Hayling Island has to offer. The property is located less than 1 mile from the closest beach. There is a small theme park there called Funland which has rides for all ages as well as adventure golf and a large indoor arcade area. The island is also home to a lovely donkey sanctuary and there are plenty of places to walk/bike ride where you will see horses in their paddocks, beautiful sea views, there's even some alpacas that love a visit (and some food!) There are 6 marinas in Hayling Island and from Northney Marina you can find the only company currently offering seal watching boat trips, having done this trip myself I would highly recommend it! There's plenty more that Hayling has to offer and I'm happy to share my thoughts and/or recommendations, you just have to ask!
