We are located 5 minutes from the M4 in Heol Laethog in between Bryncethin and Heol y Cyw just outside Bridgend on the side hide. It is 20 minutes from Cardiff city, 35 minutes from Swansea city and in close proximity to multiple train stations. Sainsbury's supermarket and McArthur Glen designer village is only 5 minutes away. The property is a very spacious, light and airy one bedroom living space with a welcoming homely feeling. Surrounded by open fields in a small street of terraced houses benefitting from being the end house so we offer parking at the property in an enclosed back yard.
We are a retired couple and enjoy the country side.
