A sleek and modern, newly renovated 1920's semi-detached house tucked away in a quiet residential street is a perfect base for work or leisure trips. Brilliantly located, between Beeston and Long Eaton and just 3 miles from the M1. Public transport routes to Nottingham city centre, the Queens Medical Centre and Nottingham University. NO parties
This is a really peaceful suburban street. The property is located between Beeston and Long Eaton, both of which are great for eating and shopping. Tesco's superstore is within walking distance. and M&S, Asda, and Lidl are also close by. There is plenty of off-street parking and the house has a small driveway. There are bus routes to the area and both Beeston and Long Eaton have a train station for National Rail.
