Small cottage set over 2 floors, perfect for couples, self contained with its own entrance and centrally located on the main road in Carbis Bay. Just an 8 minute walk to the Carbis Bay Beach & Carbis Bay Hotel, (great base for Wedding guests) Coastal paths and Carbis Bay Train station. With a Bus stop outside the property, public transport is easily accessible, making this a handy location for exploring West Cornwall.
Just upgraded for 2023, wifi, new carpets, sofa and decoration. Clean & comfortable accommodation with fully a equipped Kitchenette; Sink & draining board, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, single hob, and fridge/freezer. Table for two, large Sofa, 32" Smart TV, Bedroom with King size bed, separate shower with dressing area with a Seaview and a separate loo.
A small outside space with a table for 2. We provide, bedding, bath towels, beach towels & WiFi.
There is a local convenience shop seconds away open 7am to 10pm daily.
Hello, I am AJ your host, I live here in Carbis Bay. Carbis Bay is the most beautiful, picturesque place, with stunning beaches within walking distance, Coastal paths, Water Sports, Boat trips, Restaurants, Galleries, Shops and more makes this location a wonderful place to live and visit.
Splash Pad is a small cottage next door to our main home.
Carbis Bay is home to its own beautiful beach and within walking distance to Porthkidney Beach. It has a couple of Bars/Restaurants including Fish & Chips, a local convenience shop (7am to 10pm open daily), Chemist and Park area. It is situated 2 miles outside St Ives and West Cornwall golf club 2 miles in the other direction. Una Spa and Restaurant is a short walk.
Parking can be found on on Richmond Way or other side streets, we also recommend using the Just park app as people do rent parking spaces out.
The bus stop is outside the house and across the road. Easy access to walk into St Ives by road or coastal footpath, 35-40 mins walking time.
The branch line train station is 8 to 10 minute walk, and takes you to St Ives & St Erth. St Erth connects with the main line to Penzance/Paddington
