St Elmo Lodge is a fabulously presented ground floor apartment only a short walk from North Sands Beach, and with superb views of the Salcombe Estuary. Sleeping seven people, the property has three en-suite bedrooms in total (one double, one twin, and one bunk bedded room, with an additional stacker bed available on request. There is also a new kitchen, a triple aspect sitting room, a dining room and a utility room. Outside there is a landscaped garden with decked seating area, plus ample parking for two to three cars. Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens.
