Stranraer house is a beautiful five bedroom detached house with features such as an outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, games and bar room. Situated in the seaside village of Selsey, 7 miles from Chichester thus meaning many attractions like Goodwood, West Wittering and Portsmouth are close by. The property has a large drive way with ample parking, 5 bedrooms, 2 upstairs bathrooms, 2 downstairs cloakrooms, a large kitchen and dinning area, living room, utility room, and a fun games and bar room featuring a pool table too! The large garden has a grass area, a patio with many tables and sofas, along with an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Sun loungers are laid during the summer months and the pool temperature is heated to a warm temperature between 30-33c year round.
This is our family home offered for occasional lets
Situated in the seaside village of selsey, 7 miles from chichester with attractions such as Goodwood, west wittering and Portsmouth close by. The property is located on a private road, a few minutes walk from the beach. The village of selsey can be walked to in under 10minutes with many pubs, cafes and restaurants. Chichester is a 20minute drive with the historic cathedral and many shops in the town centre. Goodwood hosts many horse racing events, festival of speed and the Revival events.
