Stunning 18th century baptist chapel beautifully converted with all modern conveniences. Situated close to the market town of Chard with a wide range of shops. Close to many beautiful National Trust houses and the beautiful Ford Abbey. Beautiful period interior with atmospheric wood burner and central heating. Close to the A303 which is the main artery from London. Short walk to local haymaker Pub while Green Dragon of Combe St Nicholas also walking distance. Lovely country lane walks.
I run a full time property business providing short and long term rental properties. In particular I have a specialisation in period and classic properties. I pay a lot of attention to my properties and respond quickly to any questions and requests.
Take a nice stroll to the pub or during the day to Barleymow's farmers shop for coffee, cake and to buy the local farm produce. The Haymaker's Pub is 2 minutes walk from the chapel. In the car it is around 25 minutes to the cost to Lyme St Regis, Sidmouth and the beautiful coastal village of Beer. Chard is a 5 minute car ride for all major supermarkets including Sainsbury's , Tescos, Boots and Lidl along with local shops. Up the back lane and across the road are wonderful walks that take you up the rolling hills of Somerset with spectacular views.
