Relax in this Spacious 2 Bedroom property located in the centre of Mytholmroyd, with scenic views overlooking the River Calder. You have facilities you will need for a long/short stay such as: WIFI, Smart TV and USB charging ports, so you can sit back and enjoy your time away. You are close to the canal for peaceful walks - approximately a 30 minute walk into the centre of Hebden Bridge. You have full access to the property, entering through a private door. The property is over 3 levels, including the entrance level. On the second floor, you will find the living room with a Smart TV, Wifi, Dining table and a snug area where you can enjoy playing some board games that are provided or read a book. The kitchen is fully fitted with an induction hob, oven, built in microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils, washing machine and dishwasher. In the store cupboard, you will find an iron & ironing board and a clothes drying rack. The bathroom is equipped with a bath & shower and complimentary toiletries for your use. Upstairs on the 3rd floor you will find 2 bedrooms with king size beds, bedside tables, dressing tables, hairdryers and clothes rails. One bedroom does have an ensuite. Please inform us if you will be bringing a dog with you, as there is a pet fee of 25 pound. We allow a maximum of 2 well behaved, house trained dogs. There are no designated parking spaces at the apartment. You may park briefly to unload, then move your car to the nearby Burnley Road car park, which is about a 3 minute walk away. The car park operates on a pay and display basis from Monday to Saturday, 8am-6pm, 40p per hour with all day parking available for 3 pound. You can pay for parking via your phone using the APCOA Connect App. The train station is a 5-8 minute walk and there is a bus stop right outside the property. The property is centrally located in Mytholmroyd along the roadside, which offers convenient access to a Sainsbury's Local, just a two minute walk away, as well as nearby bars, cafes, and an Indian restaurant. You are also located seconds away from the canal to enjoy a peaceful walk to Hebden Bridge - approximately a 30 minute walk. The town is becoming increasingly popular with tourists, walkers and bikers. The property is based in the Calder Valley, which is well known to have been featured in Happy Valley as it was heavily filmed in Halifax and Hebden Bridge.
