Excellent Location Opposite Halifax Train Station. The room was basic, clean, and beds very comfortable. The location is central to everything, and the place has some amazing architecture, and historical places to visit. All within walking distance. The staff are fabulous on reception. Wife was sick guy on reception in the morning was wonderful and caring. We will definately stay here again next year when we visit family.

Mytholmroyd is an interesting, albeit rather scruffy, village. Traditional clogs are still made there. The river Calder and the Rochdale canal both run through it. Very good transport links to Hebden Bridge, Halifax, Bradford & Saltaire (Salts Mill).

For a change we deicded to travel by train and the apartment was within 2/3 minutes waliking distance from the station. The apartment was impressively big with everthing you could need in terms of facilities. The location was ideal for us with connectivity well served by bus and rail. If you are looking for negatives we would say: It did not bother us but the apartment fronts a main road and the stairs to the bedrooms are steep.
