Discover luxury living in this uniquely designed three-storey townhouse, boasting Enjoying 5 spacious bedrooms. Situated near vibrant New Brighton, with Mersey views it offers an idyllic retreat. Bedrooms include 3 King, 1 Double and 1 Twin each uniquely furnished and spacious. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Sea, glorious Vale Park & the Promenade. Only 15 mins from the centre of Liverpool or approximately 30 if you hop on a train or a bus.

We pride ourselves on guest care after decades working in hospitality. Guests will be provided with bespoke Guest Guide to the property and local area which also allows direct messaging. We provide our mobile telephone number and always aim to respond quickly to any messages.

Only a 10 minute walk from Vale Park and the beaches of New Brighton the house is also only 20 minutes from Liverpool City Centre and Anfield Staium by car, taxi, bus or train. The bus stop is almost directly outside the property and the train station a short 10 minute walk away. The independently minded Victoria Quarter with bars and eateries is a short walk or drive and the New Brighton Marine Promenade offers free parking and is also reached on foot in 15 minutes. Opposite the house is a park with childrens play equipment and basketball court and top class golf courses are a short drive away including Royal Liverpool Open Golf Course.
