Lovely refurbished 2 bedroom house. New kitchen, bathroom conservatory. Also outdoor seating area on the patio. Stylish and modern. Private parking on front of property. PLEASE NOTE the property will be fully furnished and equipped for self catering.

We have been renting iut properties for several years and also take great care of our properties so that thry can be enjoyed by guests.

It is a quiet neighbourhood, it is on a bus route into the city centre which takes 10-15 minutes. The MKM stadium is approx 10 minutes drive. The Bonus arena in the centre is 10-15 minutes drive. There is a pub within wslking distance also several good takeaways. There are restsurants and furthers pubs/bars in Willerby which is about 15 minutes drive walk or 5 min drive.
