This is a stylish modern self contained annex offering a double bedroom, luxury bathroom and a kitchen/sitting room.
There is a separate entrance off Ham Lane, and a private courtyard garden with seating. There is also a dedicated parking space.
My wife Teresa and myself fell in love with Prinsted some years ago, and so we bought a lovely house there only a few minutes walk from the foreshore! We like giving others the opportunity to stay there too!
We believe that our guests enjoy their own space and privacy, but will always be available to help out with any queries or problems.
Prinsted is a lovely village with many historic and thatched houses. A short walk leads to the foreshore of Chichester Harbour, with footpaths and bird watching opportunities.
The area is well served with main roads and the railway, giving easy access to the maritime attractions and shopping of Portsmouth, and the historic city of Chichester.
