Close to the sea, this peaceful room is situated in our own home and is perfect for a car-free Falmouth break. On foot, you can get to Swanpool Beach in 7 mins, Gylly beach in 10 mins, and Falmouth centre in 20 mins. The home is beautifully secluded (no road noise) and surrounded by nature, so you will wake up to bird song every morning. The room is a spacious double with exclusive use of the adjacent bathroom. The bedroom is very spacious for two people, complete with a double bed, a built in wardrobe and an area to sit and relax with a coffee and a good book. Guests have exclusive access to the double room and bathroom. Communal spaces are the front porch, landing and stairs. Other area of the house are private for the owner’s privacy. We do not include breakfast but can suggest places to go for delicious food any time of day! We also now have a puppy who we keep out of guest areas communal areas during your stay. Parking: free, on street nearby Train stations: Penmere 10 mins & Falmouth Town 22 mins

We love the outdoors, surfing, rambling swimming etc, and want to share our favourite special places with you.
We are nestled in amongst other local homes surrounded by trees and bird song. The closest beach is 7 minutes walk past a nature reserve and a lake which then take you straight onto the coastal path! This is a perfect place to stay if you're wanting to make the most of Falmouth town and the surrounding beaches!
