Fully equipped kitchen including microwave and kettle, fridge/freezer and cooker. Professionally cleaned between guests stays. Terrace off lounge patio doors in sunny location looking across the bay to Torquay with table, seats and parasol. Steam train goes passed every 20 minutes (Torquay to Kingwear). Small beaches/coves 5 mins walk, larger beaches 10-15 mins walk (Goodrington and Broadsands). Walk to Paignton/Brixham possible for those with more energy. Water park nearby and bus stop outside site. Pub/CooP shop and take-aways a short walk away. On site is an inside pool will open in May 2023 new one - please to check with owner when it will reopen exactly, an amusement arcade, bar/restaurant and entertainment venue please note the facilities are for a quiet family site not a loud/noisy party site]. This is our holiday home and we love to walk to the local beaches where you can swim safely. a longer walk of a couple hours to Brixham is lovely or to Paignton harbour where you can sit and have a drink watching the locals on their boats or sometimes listen to the live music.
