Sunnyside Annexe
Sunnyside Annexe is a privately run property that adds a self catering feel to your stay. The property is attached to the main building but occupies the entire right hand privately from the main home. Private with own entrance with lockable gate and combination key safe to access your key. Please close the gate at night. PLEASE NOTE: The wi-fi is complimentary, it can be patchy and may work better in the kitchenette, there is no fibre optic fast speed broadband in the village. There is no kitchen sink in the annexe, please bear this in mind before booking. En-suite shower room and access to the properties outdoor side sun terrace offer a relaxing place to spend the evenings in the summer months. Guests have privacy with a large bedroom sitting room and attached kitchenette (no kitchen sink) with microwave, kettle, toaster the guests are not expected to wash/up, (only rinse items please) there should be enough dishes, plates, cutlery for your required nights stay. As it’s self contained no one will be going in during your stay, so please don’t leave any notes etc, please text the host if needed. Parking on property, Please let host know if bringing a car. Check-in between 4pm-9pm.
The hosts have been in hospitality for approx 12 years welcoming guests from all over the world ranging from international students that are studying to couples who just want a quiet weekend away. We pride ourselves on making sure guests have privacy but are on hand if needed. Please contact the host via text if needed as no one will go into the annexe during your stay.
Sunnyside is tucked a way down a private close just off of the main road through Wheatley. Quiet, submerged location that will defintely offer a relaxing time in Oxfordshire. There is no high speed/ fibre optic wi-fi in the village, so may be patchy and intermittent, may work better in the kitchenette l.
