On the ground floor you will find a large entrance hallway which itself leads into the downstairs shower room. To the left you will move into an open plan living/dining room and then into a large, very light kitchen/diner, here you can open the bifold doors and enjoy the views of the garden. Upstairs you will find all three bedrooms, these consisting of two doubles and a single as well as the family bathroom. The house benefits from plenty of natural light. Mersea Island benefits from some fantastic shops, tea rooms and pubs as well as being famous for it’s seafood and brightly coloured beach huts. Mersea Island is great for anyone who wants a break beside the sea but there is lots to keep you busy too; walking, cycling and sailing to name a few.
