You will feel instantly relaxed in this grade 2 listed cottage in the heart of Stokenham village. Sunshine floods into Sunnyside and it feels serene in the comfortable lounge with views to the front of the property. The cottage is full of charm and character, perfectly located within walking distance of two pubs, a local farm shop and cafe and the nearest beach is only a mile down the road.

Stokenham village is a quintessential Devon village only a mile from the sea. The village has a church and two pubs and is walking distance to the local farm shop. A bus route to Plymouth, Salcombe, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth is on the main road on the edge of the village.
