This shared accommodation is only a 10 minutes walk to Burry port beach and 15 to Llanelli main beach. Local amenities include Parc Y Scarlets, Trostre shopping area, Local tennis/squash courts, sup board and bicycle hire. plenty of local restaurants, pubs and cafes to chose from. Swansea is a 25 minute drive away and the Gower is a 20 minute drive. we are based on Pwll main road which directly leads into Llanelli town. Towels are provided and washing machine/tumble dryer and kitchen facilities are availble to use

I work in the office 9-6 and spend most evenings it or away so the house tends to be quiet and empty
