We are a Family run guest house and we pride ourselves on a friendly welcome and making our guests comfortable and at ease from the moment they check in. We continue to strive to offer the best rooms with comfortable facilities and unique 'touches' many of which you would only find in a hotel. All our rooms have sufficient room that allows us to have comfortable chairs, en suite shower facilities, good sized beds, TV and exceptional coffee and tea facilities all for your enjoyment. Before you arrive we always endeavor to re confirm what you have booked and make sure are aware of the important details also prior to arriving to check in.

The Sunset Inn is once again being upgraded with 2 more 'sea view' rooms being completely refurbished on the 2nd floor with all new decor and en suite facilities. Our rooms are all becoming 'unique' with distinctive touches, decor and furnishings ... all to make your stay with us a great experience. Due to popular demand we now offer 'Room/Bed Only' which provides Guests with more flexibility to enjoy their breakfast either here at the Sunset Inn or at other venues in the town or elsewhere. This means all bookings will NOT include breakfast in the price ... but if Guests wish to enjoy our breakfast they can by paying the extra charge when the arrive to check in. Please Note: We can accommodate Singles in both of our Standard Double rooms and provide a discount on the double rate

Neighborhood info

We are just yards from the famous striped cliffs that face west across the Wash where many evenings spectacular sunsets can be seen. The High Street shops, beach & promenade, theater as well as restaurants and cafe's are only a short distance away by foot.
