All properties are strictly non-smoking and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. Please note: Both king-size beds are zip and link and can be split into 2 x singles. Both beds will be made up as king-size unless specifically requested as twins. *Free complimentary Wifi available.
