Swallows View, situated in an elevated position in the town of Matlock offers wonderful accommodation for four people in two bedrooms, plus 2. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area is a great place to chill out with friends and relax over a glass of wine! This third floor apartment occupies an exceptional, south-facing position with breathtaking views towards Riber Castle, overlooking the town of Matlock and the Derwent Valley, situated on the edge of the Peak District.

We have been hosting since 2017 and have received great reviews from guests. We featured on 'Homes Under The Hammer' with this former historical hotel and now have 3 succesfull, luxury apartments in the same building for holiday rental.

Matlock Train station is only 5 min away by Taxi.
