The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The utility hosts a fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. For entertainment, guests will find a TV, TV with Freeview, DVD Player, CD Player, WiFi and a selection of books. There are electric storage heaters and a multi-fuel stove, with the fuel, power and starter pack for the stove included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are also included in the rental cost. Outside is where you will find three off-road parking places, a rear garden with lawn and furniture, as well as a balcony with furniture. One well-behaved pet is allowed. Sorry, no smoking is permitted here. The shop can be found within 0.9 miles, the pub within 1.4 miles and the beach within 0.7 miles.
