Syke Farm Campsite has been a campsite for over 40 years, we have always loved the back to basics camping.

Property info

Amidst the idyllic, peaceful scenery of the Lake District’s Buttermere Fells, Syke Farm Campsite is set between Buttermere and Crummock Water. It offers 2 Yurt's which create a peaceful retreat with panoramic views of the area. Syke Farm Tea Room is just 2 minutes walk up the road, which offers breakfast, lunch cake and even home-made ice cream, whilst also offering free Wi-Fi access. The immediate area is perfect for walking, with the shores of Buttermere and Crummock Water less than a mile away. Whinlatter Forest Visitor Centre is only 3 miles away, featuring the Go Ape outdoor activity park. Honister slate mine is 3 miles away, featuring mine tours and the Via Ferrata.
