Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms - sleeps 8 Master bedroom with two single beds which can be moved to create a super king sized bed on request 3 twin bedrooms, each with two single beds (bedroom 4 can be arranged as a super king sized double bed on request) Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding in our properties. Please also note: this property is strictly non-smoking, and does not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. * WiFi is complimentary. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room which can be used on request to sleep up to 2 additional guests. There is an additional charge for the use of the sofa bed
