We are Cornish, we work in Cornwall, and every booking supports local communities rather than large corporate operators. Each property in our collection is individually owned and managed by owner, who has chosen to let through us because of our reputation, authenticity, and long-standing relationships. These properties are not anonymous units, they are real homes that owners wish to share with guests. Our role is that of booking agent: we handle enquiries, reservations, and payments on behalf of the property owner. The responsibility for preparing, maintaining, and managing the property, including cleaning, appliances, facilities, and any on-holiday concerns, rests with the owner or their appointed caretaker/housekeeper. This means that during your stay, any issues or queries relating to the property should be directed to the owner, who knows their home best and can respond quickly and directly.
