A spacious, open plan renovated maisonette, conveniently l00 yards from town center. Ground floor offers full kitchen: fridge/freezer, Bosch oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster and dining area; lovely comfortable seating with double sofa bed and flat screen TV (free WiFi). The bedroom and bathroom are on lower level, as is desk and chair for remote workers and another seating area and small private courtyard beyond. This is ideal for short-stay, business traveler stays, or self-catering and we welcome longer stays. NOT suitable for disabled person(s) due to stairs. A dog is welcome by REQUEST ONLY. We can also arrange taxi service should you require it.
Kathie and Syd are a retired couple living in North Walsham. Both love and enjoy the friendliness and community spirit, its easy access to both as well as the absolute beauty of Norfolk! Our hometown!
Council parking within 5 mins walk Trains - 8 mins Bus Hub - 8 mins Groceries, etc. town center and beyond Closest beach - 4 mls. City of Norwich with airport - 15 mls. Norfolk Broads - 10 min. drive Cley Nature Reserve is 40 mins drive Great Yarmouth - 40 mins drive Cromer - 9 mls (got to visit Cromer Pier! The area is popular with walkers/hikers and bird watchers. The countryside is gorgeous and the beaches are lovely. There is much to see in Norfolk!
